The Small Firms Association has announced that Moll Industries Ireland is the Winner of the SFA National Small Business Manufacturing Award for 2013 for Achievement, Innovation and Excellence in Small Business.
This National Competition was open to all companies in Ireland with up to 50 employees over six categories; Manufacturing, Service, Innovator of the Year, Food & Drink, Environmental, and Outstanding Small Business attracting over 500 applications in this years competition.
The aim of the SFA National Small Business Awards is to celebrate the achievements of small businesses in Ireland, and to recognise the vital contribution of the small business sector to the Irish economy and to showcase Ireland’s entrepreneurial talent. Small businesses are seen as the engines for future growth in Ireland.
The presentation of the award was made by Minister for Small Business, John Perry, TD at the Awards Ceremony in Trinity College, on Thursday, 7th March. This is the ninth year of the SFA National Small Business Awards, which are organized by the Small Firms Association.
On receiving the award from Minister Perry, Moll Ireland’s Managing Director Helen Masterson said “this is an amazing achievement for the company and it’s an honor to receive a National Award considering the caliber of all the companies in the competition”.
Moll Industries Ireland is a custom technical moulding and assembly company who are an outsourcing manufacturing partner for Life Science and High Tech products.
Based in Lurganboy, Donegal Town, the facility includes Class 10K & 100K Certified Clean-rooms, High Tech Moulding Machines to 300 tonnes and custom assembly machines.
