IMDA's Member Evening, Cork

IMDA hosted its first networking evening of 2015 in the Maryborough Hotel, Cork. Benjamin Perkins, a Senior Managing Director in EY delivered a thought-provoking presentation on the global innovation and commercial trends in Medtech. Ibec's Chief Economist, Fergal O'Brien discussed the state of the Irish economy, the Government consultation on the development of the Knowledge Box, and shared some insights into business priorities for Budget 2016. The new manufacturing apprenticeship proposed by the sector was also presented by Kieran Drain.
