IMDA and the IMDA PR Taskforce has engaged in a large body of work this year to showcase the sector. Key dates for media activity to date have included:

- Manufacturing Conference Wednesday 29 February
- First European Medtech Week 15-21 June
- New apprenticeships announcement Thursday 30 July
- Medtech Awards Launch Monday 7 September
